• Behind Happy Faces

    How often do we discuss working out and eating a balanced diet? Our physical health is constantly on the forefront of our minds, woven into our conversations and splashed across social media. It's important for us to give our mental health the same kind of attention.

    Tri Delta seeks to change that with the Behind Happy Faces. We provide six lessons to facilitate with your chapter to help your members understand mental health, learn coping skills and talk to a sister who may be experiencing a mental health challenge.
